Who we share your data with
In order to provide customers with a shipping quote and to charge customers for products purchased, we may provide your billing and shipping addresses as well as contact information with third party service providers. By providing your shipping, billing and contact details to us, you authorise us to pass these details on to the third party providers in order to proceed with the purchase and shipping. The third party service providers have their own data policies that you consent to as well under the same authorisation. If you have further questions regarding your data you may contact us for more specific information via the Contact Us page.
Any data you have shared with us may also be shared with new third party service providers that are engaged by us to provide a service or a function in the future. We will never sell your information or personal data for profit where our business does not warrant providing your personal data to complete a transaction, provide marketing from our business or for our business to undertake a function or a service that relates to our business.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site you can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes such as purchases or historical shipping information, etc.
Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
Customers billing and shipping address as well as contact details may be provided to a 3rd party shipping and booking service.
Data may be stored anywhere in the world as part of a Content Delivery Network used to speed up our website. We can not guarantee that your data is stored within Australia or any particular country and depending on the requirements of WordPress and BlueHost data may be moved from one location to another at any time. If you would like to make a purchase off the website, please email your request to [email protected] and we can process your transaction manually.
Additional information
How we protect your data
We protect your data by only engaging companies that have strong security measures, and proven industry experience in their area of expertise. We do not provide your data to other businesses or individuals unnecessarily. We have data breach procedures in place and promise to inform you where possible if we have reasonable suspicion that a data breach has taken place.
What data breach procedures we have in place

During the investigation or when the suspicion becomes substantiated, we will immediately notify customers of the breach. We will work with authorities where possible and able to ensure we assist with their investigation. We will keep customers up-to-date with any further information that comes to light and when the investigation is closed. Our customers will always come first if there is a data breach, but of course we hope this never happens in the first place.
What third parties we receive data from
We receive data from third party services in order to provide payment options to you, and in order to receive shipping quotes and provide shipping services for you. We may add further third party services and/or functions in the future, but will not collect data unnecessarily, and only ever to complete specific functions or services that allow us to provide services for customers.
