I’d like to pick-up my order

That can absolutely be arranged. Little Spark is located in the northern suburbs of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. If this area is convenient to you simply enter your post code and suburb on your way to checking out in your cart and pickup can be selected. If for some reason the shipping only option appears simply send through an email to [email protected] and we can update the list to include your postcode and suburb. (This safety net exists simply so customers outside of the greater Brisbane region do not accidentally select local pickup)

Once your order is ready for collection an email will be sent to your nominated address to arrange a suitable time.

I haven’t received any Little Spark emails

This is one of the disadvantages of a new website, while our email systems are great at filtering out unwanted emails it also means that a lot of the systems will filter out Little Spark emails due to the site being so new. You should be able to locate your emails in your Junk/Spam folder.

Simply move these across to your inbox and be sure to mark Little Spark emails as safe to avoid this occurring with any further emails. We wouldn’t want you to miss out on your order updates!

Who is Little Spark?

Little Spark started as an idea Krystal had one day when she contemplated why she was paying so much for one candle but also knew she needed that candle. She decided that the price of candles was exorbitant and wanted to make a more affordable line without the compromise of quality.

From there the passion and excitement spread. Now Little Spark is made up of a group of friends and family who have banded together to make Krystal’s dream possible. Little Spark started with one person and now has the support of a team, all committed to the vision of quality at affordable prices.

Lets talk environmentally conscious

We are so glad you asked! Did you know, 90% of our postage materials (postage popcorn, kraft wrapping, air pillows and even a lot of the boxes) are reused from shipments received from our suppliers?

Little Spark is committed to being environmentally conscious and this is why a refill option is available. Unfortunately this can be a little logistically difficult if you are located on the other side of the country. But Little Spark is always open to lessening the environmental footprint left by human inhabitants.

Do you offer personalisation?

Yes! We certainly do. We can create a personalise gift card, or a whole new label. Some examples of previous personalised labels can be found on the gallery and consist of Bridesmaid and Made of Honour labels. Another example is Name labels.

How has COVID affected Little Spark?

Unfortunately due to the current global pandemic, accessing supplies has been a significant and ongoing hurtle for Little Spark. For this reason some customers may notice a smaller fragrance list. Unfortunately this is unavoidable and as more fragrances become available they will be updated and added to the site as quickly as possible. Follow our Facebook and Instagram page to stay up to date to any changes.

If there is a specific fragrance you love but we are currently not stocking, please reach out so we can prioritise these restocks over others.

What is the difference between a Melt Warmer and a Melt Burner?

The answer is really in the names of the equipment. A Melt Burner (tea light) burns the melt at a high temperature which it reaches quickly and maintains until the flame is extinguish, this results in a shorter life for your melt. A Melt Warmer (electric) slowly warms up the wax and keeps it at a warm temperature allowing for a longer fragrance throw. However, be careful because there are some cheaper warmers on the market that are also set too high resulting in burning.

Do the flowers burn in the flower candles?

The answer really comes down to the level of care you would like to take with your candles. Once you have lit your candle you will see the flowers floating in the melted wax. To keep your flowers looking beautiful, extinguish the flame when you are done and then use a small tool, such as a toothpick, to push any petals to the side of the candle vessel and away from the wick. This way the flowers will become suspended in the cooled wax away from the wick so that on the next burn the lighter or match will not singe the flowers.

Is wholesale available?

While the idea of Little Spark being out in the world in wholesale quantity is exciting, unfortunately given the current climate this is not quite possible. Stock and materials are becoming increasingly more difficult to come by. Maybe down the track this can change!

How much is postage?

Orders can be shipped Australia wide! Unfortunately without your exact order size it is impossible to give a blanket quote, however, if you place the items you are wanting into your cart then before you get to payment you’ll be shown your shipping cost.

What is the timeframe of an order?

All orders are made once payment is received. The ideal turn around is to have your order made and posted within 7 days, however, during periods of increased orders it could take up to 10 days to get into the mail. You will always receive email update on your order progress to keep you informed of where your order is at.
